We want to help people take advantage of professional training and further education opportunities in a wide variety of specialist areas. And for us, this has nothing to do with age. As a lecturer in adult education, you will work in a guiding and supportive manner, but above all with a lot of passion, with people with and without disabilities. Your aim will always be to provide an individualised and best possible perspective.

Learning and education must be made possible and easily accessible for everyone throughout life. This vision and diaconal aspiration are an integral part of our daily work. At our colleges and universities, we offer people with and without disabilities the opportunity for individual training. In addition to secondary schools, grammar schools and vocational colleges, our foundation network also includes numerous special education institutions and integrational classes. Social concerns are very close to our hearts. One of your tasks will be to support all students according to their learning pace and performance in the best possible way, always ensuring a good pinch of fun.

Do you not only have the relevant teaching skills, but also brilliant organisational skills? Are you passionate about public relations, human resources, methodology & education? Bethel runs a large number of schools. We teach children with and without disabilities as well as adults. The most important thing for us is to realise our vision of people living, learning and working together in all of their diversity. And this requires a high degree of enjoyment and commitment, in addition to creativity and an interest in early support.
